Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable for safety, hygiene, or other legal reasons, such as:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, personal care products)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
Any opened or used CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, or cassette tape
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery
Sale items are non-refundable but may be eligible for exchanges or store credit depending on the condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, or software that have been opened
Any item not in its original condition, missing parts, or damaged for reasons not due to our error
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There may be processing delays before the refund is posted.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at theblazeworld.info@gmail.com and ship your item to: F32, Arya Samaj Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to product defects. For refunds, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
